National Career Development Month is celebrated annually in November to highlight the importance of career planning for people of all ages. We want our students to explore and develop skills to locate, evaluate, and interpret career information. It is never too early to think about their future and goals.  Next week, we'll celebrate Dream Big, Bright Future Week.  There are two ways you can help support that:

1. Email your child’s teacher or your child’s counselor one picture of your child's accomplishments. The pictures will be displayed on a bulletin board at school.  We are proud of Sanger Students!  We want to showcase our students' achievements, activities they participate in, or future aspirations. Email pictures by Friday, November 14th by 2:00pm.

2. Volunteer to read to PreK and Kinder students or speak with 1st-3rd grade students about your career
   Dates and times will be posted later this week under Volunteer Opportunities.

Every day includes a different way to focus on kindness throughout the day!  

• Monday - Brighten someone's day - Say something Nice to someone! 
  Wear neon colors
• Tuesday - Share team spirit... a spirit of kindness!  Create a welcoming Environment...make others feel included 
  Wear a jersey or favorite sports team shirt!
• Wednesday - Kindness is timeless - Invite others to participate... Do something nice for someone at school.
  Wear yellow or gold, things that sparkle and shine!
•  Thursday - Thoughtful Thursday - Think about ways to encourage others and support others with their academic goals.
  Wear college attire
• Friday - Our School is Full of Kindness - Be a friend and Help Someone today.
  Wear Sanger Spirit Shirts

Get a great meal AND help raise funds for our school!  
25% of sales between 11am - 11pm will go to Sanger.

Get comfy and join us for a movie night - PJs and blankets are welcome!

• Arrive anytime after 5pm, and the movie starts at 5:30.
• Concession will be available as a fundraiser, but feel free to bring snacks.

REMINDER: This is a family event, siblings welcome, but parents must stay with the students. No drop-off.

The PTA will kick off Appreciation Week with massages, breakfast, and cookies throughout the week for teachers and staff.  Stay tuned for additional information and ideas for how you can help celebrate our wonderful Sanger team!

All Sanger students are invited to create artwork inspired by the holidays.

Lunch with your loved one is split between two days to accommodate the additional visitors during this busy time of day.  Please refer to the schedule to ensure you arrive on time on the correct day.
