Thanks to Coach Hammond for leading our Sanger group at the annual Oncor Kids Race (and all the parents who ran along with them). Participants can wear their race shirt on Monday instead of or with their Sparkly & Bright holiday wear.

🎁 Sanger Angel Tree | Now - 12/17

For all those who adopted a student from the Angel Tree program, please bring gifts wrapped, if possible, by this Wednesday, December 17. We will wrap them if needed.

🎄 Holiday Dress Days | 12/15 - 12/19

These festive dress days are instead of uniforms this week - uniforms are always acceptable, but feel free to have fun with the themes!
*As always, clothes must be school-appropriate, no ripped jeans, no Crocs, etc.

💃🏻 Flamenkitos Winter Showcase | 12/15

4:30 pm in the Sanger Auditorium... Presented by The Flame Foundation & the Dallas Office of Arts & Culture: Watch our Kinder-3rd Grade Flamenkitos perform what they've learned this Fall Semester!

Participants: Students must bring showcase attire

Girls - Red dress or shirt/blouse and black skirt, black tights, black shoes, and an artificial red flower on pulled-back hair.
Boys - White long-sleeve button-down shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

Classroom Holiday Parties | 12/17 & 12/18

The class holiday party date has changed to accommodate testing schedules. The new dates are:

December 17 at 2-2:45 pm - 4th and 5th grades
December 18 at 2-2:45 pm - PK-3rd and 6th-8th grades

📗 Sanger Yearbook

In case you missed it last week - Sanger is partnering with a new yearbook vendor: Treering!

The Treering platform is available via web browser or using their mobile app - whichever you prefer!

A few of the highlights:

Treering only prints books when parents order them!
Families can upload custom pages for their student, which will only print in their copy of the yearbook.
Families can choose between a hardcover or softcover book.

In a partnership with the PTA, Ms. Moser and our Yearbook Staff of Middle School students will select a theme, determine page layouts, and help document events throughout the year.

**Do not purchase yet - we are working on page count and want to get a better sense of that before selling books.
