Celebration 🎉

Welcome back from Spring Break - we hope you enjoyed the time off from school.

Did you catch our district trustee, Dan Micciche (District 3), featured in Advocate Lakewood/East Dallas?  He talks about the incredible progress made here in Dallas ISD.

"The number of A-rated schools doubled from 30 in the 2023–2024 school year to 60, while B-rated campuses increased from 71 to 103, and the number of F-rated schools declined dramatically from 24 to just two."

Announcements 📣

From Sanger staff: Microwaves are no longer available to reheat food in the cafeteria during lunch.  There have been too many incidents of unsafe use.

❄️ Inclement Weather Update

Dallas ISD received a waiver for the four days the district was closed this winter for inclement weather. This means that the two days set aside on the calendar as inclement weather make-up days - April 6 and May 4 - will not be used. Schools will be closed on those days. These will be days off for students and campus team members.
