Join Ms. Benedetto on the first Wednesday of the month for an update and cup of coffee!

Between 4:30 – 7:30 pm, enjoy an after-school snack or pick up dinner to help support our school!  

Orders must be placed using the Chick-fil-A mobile app.  Valid for dine-in, carry out, drive-thru, and curbside - and Sanger PTA receives 20% of sales!

Are you interested in working with students to help reinforce what they're learning and challenge them in reading or math?  Volunteers can be parents, grandparents, or community members, so if this opportunity sounds like a fit for someone you know, please help us spread the word! 

Volunteers must complete a background check (annually) through DallasISD.Voly.Org and attend an in-person training.  Additional dates may be added as needed.

Scheduled Training Dates:

• September 1 from 9 - 9:30 am
• September 3 from 9 - 9:30 am

Rehearsals start this week - there's still time to join!  
For the 3rd year, BA Theatre Company is hosting a Vertical Team Musical this fall - inviting PreK - 8th grade from all of the feeder campuses to participate (while available!).

Students will dance in 2 musical numbers on a performance night in Annie, receive a T-shirt with their name on it, and a professional headshot!  Practices are on Tuesday evenings in September and October, then performances in November.  See below for details, and reach out to Annie Such with any questions!

There are so many different ways to participate on campus - the Volunteer Interest form is a great place to start!  Some examples include:

• School support — help in the garden, cafeteria, teacher appreciation, with campus projects, and more!

• PTA support — help with events, a variety of fundraising efforts, our new dual language committee, the yearbook, the dads club, our Future Stallions group, and so much more!

• Book Buddies & Math Mentors — work 1:1 or in small groups with students to support reading and math skills. Our first student-support training sessions are September 1 & 3.

You don't have to be a parent to help -- grandparents, family members, and community members are welcome, too!

Note: All volunteers must complete a background check each school year through dallasisd.voly.org.
