The Meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2026, Conference Area, 5151 Samuell Blvd.Persons interested in making comments at the public hearing must register to speak by contacting Board Services at (972) 925-3720. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 20, through Wednesday, January 21, at 5 p.m.
